Travel Addiction

Travel addiction should not be taken lightly; symptoms include severe wanderlust, inability to stay in one place for any length of time, and an intense desire to experience cultures not your own. The only cure is to plan for the next trip and repeat the cycle all over again.

What is Diary of a Travel Addict?

This website, blog and gallery are a means for me to share my travel experiences and photographs with family and friends. All who appreciate travel are welcome to peruse, browse and be inspired by my trips and experiences.

A little History…

Diary of a Travel Addict is a fledgling site that started in 2007 under the name of Abroad in London. At the time I was a college student with a 6-month internship working in one of the world’s greatest cities. The blog posts from that time period reflected on my day to day life but the true focus was on the travels I pursued. Since then Travel has become a very large hobby in my life and I’ve continued to blog about some of the great adventures that I’ve had.

Now I am preparing for a new chapter in this journey.

This site is primarily for my personal use to catalogue and relive my travels and I have invited many friends and family to follow the journey. All are welcome to peruse the site and enjoy my adventures – soon I will even be offering my personal reviews of attractions, cities, restaurants, hotels and other miscellaneous items along the way.
